Digital and traditional
artist
Hi! I'm an artist from the Philippines. A growing person who loves art in any form. I do traditional and digital arts. The name is Nadine, I graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Degree at STI Global City, became an intern in Pineapple Lab, a creative hub in Poblacion, Makati and a currently freelance artist.
Kalopsia is my pen name. Since painting isn't the only thing I do, I also write. This name has deeper meaning that I can associate myself to. It means "seeing everything more beautiful than they are" thus the way I perceive things emerges through my art.
My passion for my craft is not limited in painting and drawing, I also love movies and music, and the creative process of making short videos that I post on my YouTube channel, TikTok and IG.

Experiences
With Bachelors of Arts in Communication Degree at STI Global City, I gotten a chance to introduce myself more in to art. My love for it deepen as I learn and grow. Made radio drama, news and even directed a film. That experience help me realize my capabilities, not just to lead but also to produce this art to motion pictures and such.
However my love for art intensifies when I became an intern in Pineapple Lab, a creative hub in Poblacion, Makati that caters all kinds of artist. Because of it, I got to experience handling art events, from small exhibits to big events like concerts. I was also given a chance to assist and help local Artist like Jappy Agoncillo in the making of murals in Makati City's Makati Makisalo Festival event in 2018.

However, when the pandemic surge in 2020 I decided to focus in Art and making a career out of it.
Attended Basic Painting seminar in our Barangay Livelihood program that helped me hone and refine my skills in painting in both digital and traditional art. This given me a chance to open and start having commissions little by little.
